Both vehicles were found in Oklahoma City at different apartment complexes. A subject used Bill's credit card in Norman, OK. Person of interest Person of interest Based on information from a 2021 news article in the Purcell Register, both vehicles were eventually found at apartment complexes in south Oklahoma City. However, all of his painting supplies, from the ladder to the air compressor and generator, were missing. $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this person of interest, who has been performing unauthorized use of Bill's credit cards, and who frequents central Oklahoma. The truck is a red 2002 Chevy S14 Crew Cab, OK License# 328 FAJ. Bill Dwayne Shipley remains missing. Bill resides in Goldsby, OK, and was last seen on July 19, 2011. Bill is 5'9", has blue eyes, brown hair, and was 47 at the time he went missing.
